If your patient requires same-day emergency referral or urgent care, please call us on 04 321 0799 before transferring your patient.
Upon submission of the referral form, our team will review the referral. If the owner is bringing the patient (see options below), we can contact them within 24-48 hours to book an appointment. If you are transferring the patient yourself, then please call our reception on 04 321 0799 to book an appointment.
